Validated Materials

AON3D’s additive manufacturing platform comes with ready-to-print material profiles for the highest quality filaments, sourced from the most reputable suppliers on the market. In order to provide an open material system with reliable, repeatable results, materials are classified into three tiers:

  • Validated: Validated to provide the best combination of quality, performance, and printability these materials come with default profiles, support material recommendations, and are competitively priced.
  • Open Market: Refers to broadly available open market materials which have not been formally tested on Hylo, and for which no default material profile is currently supplied.
  • Not Recommended: These materials have been tested and found to cause issues when printed on Hylo. This could be due to minimum bend radius, shore hardness, known supplier quality issues, or other factors.

AON3D Readyprint™ Materials

High-performance materials optimized for a reliable, repeatable additive manufacturing process, from box to part. AON3D Readyprint materials are quality verified and ready to print, no out-of-the-box drying required.
