High Performance Polymers
Often referred to as metal replacement polymers, these materials possess some of the best properties currently available in polymer printing, including higher strength-to-weight ratios than many metals, continuous use temperature up to 240°C, extreme chemical resistance, and more.
PEEK
Carbon Fiber PEEK
PEKK
Polyimide (TPI)
PPSU
ULTEM™ 1010 (PEI)
ULTEM™ 9085 (PEI)
VICTREX AM™ 200 (LMPAEK™)
Engineering Grade Polymers
Well suited for moderate to heavy duty applications, these polymers offer great mechanical strength, impact resistance, wear resistance, and thermal properties while being easier to print and more affordable than high performance polymers.
Polycarbonate
Carbon Fiber Nylon (CF PA)
Commodity Polymers
Best suited for visual models, rapid prototyping, and light- to medium-duty end-use parts, these polymers are low-cost, easy to print, and offer moderate material properties.
ABS
Carbon Fiber ABS
ESD ABS
ASA
PETG
Carbon Fiber PETG
Support Materials
A wide variety of support material options enables engineers to 3D print complex geometries with large internal cavities, channels, and steep overhangs, while reducing labor-intensive post processing.

Validated Materials
AON3D’s additive manufacturing platform comes with ready-to-print material profiles for the highest quality filaments, sourced from the most reputable suppliers on the market. In order to provide an open material system with reliable, repeatable results, materials are classified into three tiers:
- Validated: Validated to provide the best combination of quality, performance, and printability these materials come with default profiles, support material recommendations, and are competitively priced.
- Open Market: Refers to broadly available open market materials which have not been formally tested on Hylo, and for which no default material profile is currently supplied.
- Not Recommended: These materials have been tested and found to cause issues when printed on Hylo. This could be due to minimum bend radius, shore hardness, known supplier quality issues, or other factors.

AON3D Readyprint™ Materials
High-performance materials optimized for a reliable, repeatable additive manufacturing process, from box to part. AON3D Readyprint materials are quality verified and ready to print, no out-of-the-box drying required.
