AquaSys® 180
AquaSys® 180 is a high-temperature, water-soluble support material engineered for compatibility with high performance polymers such as PEKK, PEI, and PPSU. AquaSys 180 offers exceptional thermal stability—printable at up to 300 °C with chamber temperatures up to 180 °C—while dissolving cleanly in warm water without harmful chemicals. For best results, AON3D recommends using a heated, ultrasonic water bath.
